Two things for BGHS today.
New Diary Event for some summer stories went up. Watch the prologue to start collecting points. Today is best due to exp training and if you do the runs now there is 2x bonus. The stories are for class years, so only the leader is shown. You can ignore that and just accumulate stock if you want and unlock them that way.

They also added a floor to the dorm. Anyone wearing a swimsuit in your dorm might show up at the pool and you can go watch them swim around or relax. This includes last year's swimsuits, school swimsuits, Urara's 3-star swimsuit, and this year's swimsuits.
I think this year's swimsuits are still the only ones that enable dorm swimming gameplay, but in this case they do not need to be wearing the swimsuit for it to activate, and can be on either floor.

You seem confused about the term "support". The idea is to provide the status heal for anyone who doesn't have status barrier. In that regard, her status heal is really good. Plus she also provides hps and reraise for those who doesn't have them. Is there even a character that could provide status barrier to all of the party?

Chaguma Fran, which kept her regarded pretty highly even before she got her Shinki.

Some other characters can give out some too, but I don't think they're as effective at it as those two.

Done with the tri dollars event now so here's a full summary of it as promised

The real issue is that every turn 4 play you could possible make still seems bad when you could play the most overpowered 4-drop in the entire game instead.

If you play Floral Fencer turn 4, that means you went second and your opponent probably has your board cleared up until then if they aren't a moron. That's 3 units that'll likely go down to 2 or even one come next turn.
If you player her turn 5 and you went first, then Sage Commander is obviously better.

And Otohime is 6 cost anyways so she works better with Sage Commander anyways.

The reason most sword players are running less and less Wind Gods and always running 3 Sage Commander is because the current meta favors units with more than 1 or 2 defense. The frequency of 1 damage full board spells and 2 attack units makes Sage Commander really shine.

Second use is more for mid game when you need to sneak in that extra few point of damage when your opponent has recovered a bit. It's the same reason why Tsubaki is much more deadly than she might otherwise seem.
