You're probably better looking to punish with st.mp into f.mp (or just f.mp if you're slightly further away) and getting the irish whip because that can lead into a lot of damage with dropkick + ex peach or a reset.

In neutral st.mk, st. mp, (charged) st. hk and cr. hp are your best tools I'd say - at a lower level the drop kick can lead to tons because they'll most like press buttons after it and you're +2 (if they DP instead you can exploit that).

They're pretty risky to use in neutral so probably the best time to use them is after a knock down so you can mix between meaty pressure and a grab and keep the opponent guessing.

Also after a reset i.e. f.hp into cr.mp into command grab.

Charged HP is +2 (uncharged is -4) on block, so you can use that as a frame trap for people not accustomed to it. It's not necessarily terrible at lower skill ranks because you'll get away with it a lot, but you'll need to mix it up later.

You can be punished during the animation if someone has the reactions for it.; otherwise, go ahead and abuse it for now.

AFAIK, all her command grabs start up in 5f, so none are faster than the other. HCB+P will always throw away from your facing direction (behind you); HCB+K will throw towards the direction you're facing (in front).

Shooting Peach is good for corner carry, and Brimstone is used for in corner mixups.

Knowing when to use grabs comes with experience, but generally, if you think they'll jump, don't go for a command grab. It's good to use when you're positive on block, but pre-jump frames aren't throwable, so that leads to the first point. Use them when they least expect them and use them as part of your mixup game. You'll get a feel for it after you've played her for a while.
