Blanc's was a self-contained story, as was Noire's. However, both shed further light on the Gold Third and the different ways that they handle their leadership position, and Blanc's especially gives the key detail that the delusionary monsters are coming from the Gold Third's bodies as well as to the extent that nations can be changed by the world's shift.

Nep's route doesn't spoil the other routes, it foreshadows them. It drops you a little teaser to get you curious about what's happening to the others while you work your way through her route, so I'm fairly certain it's supposed to be played first.

Also Neptune's and Vert's route are the only ones that explain why they can still transform, and Vert's route just flat out tells you why in a summary whereas Neptune's actually shows you why that's the case, so
