i dont know how it works or is set up, but basically a mist finer is unblockable if the mist pseudo projectile touches you, but then it becomes blockable again, this is normal but the glitch makes it that it still becomes ublockable after it hitted you witout the mist

GG simply isnt popular at all outside the east. And even in JP its a niche title, which might generally be because learning 1 character give you ONLY experience with that one character, which means switching is a pain in the ass because every single character has its own gimmicks and playstyle, unlike SF for example where most characters have the same base approach. There are also way too many VISIBLE mechanics for the average player, something that scares them off quite hard. Doesnt matter if a game has many hidden mechanics (see SFIV), the average scrub doesnt know about them and plays anyways, which increases playercount.
