I think that's plausible, if not entirely likely.

If the devs decide to measure reception mainly by (for lack of a better term) the "critical reception" of the hardcore raiding community to Midas, then the feedback they'd get would mainly be that it was one of the most fun raid tiers yet, with a good level of difficulty and a nice balance between mechanical requirements and performance (DPS/mitigation/healing) requirements. If that's the main feedback they listen to, I think we'll get another tier like Midas, and it'll probably be received the same way: The raiding community won't grow much (if at all, and might shrink due to sheer attrition), but the people who are still there will be pretty satisfied.

I'm not entirely convinced that they'll be satisfied with the Midas participation/clear rates, though. To me, it seems more likely that they'll try to do basically anything in their power to get those numbers back to where they were with Coil.
