The rest of the roster don't fucking matter. Why would you ever want to be fighting some fucking drome or a Tetsucabra with endgame set? The only good CB relic skins drop from B.Tiggy, Brachy (paired with the monkey obviously) and Teo GQs which, surprise, all require Guard+2. And whatever TAs have to do with this? What I've been telling you this whole time is that in 4U weapons like CB struggled to fit a set even for specific monsters, because it was locked behind a god tali, and GS TAs could easily get even all-purpose GS sets with all the mandatory skills and more without any trouble. 4U was too easy on GS users with GS-exclusive blademaster skills being available on every other armor piece. Focus and Crit Draw shouldn't come together on the same set, instead they shouldn't be possible to get on the same set.

I'm playing 4u on a 3ds with a very early version of gateway and I want the master sword but when I try to download the DLC it asks me to accept the EULA, when I do it tells me to go to the system settings and accept it there, but that only has a back button.

The sword mode damage actually hasn't been nerfed as much as the axe damage. Especially phial burst 2, which now does twice less damage, and is basically only useful for quick KO phial application. Double slash is still 30+20. You just have to be stuck in the axe mode if you want to AED, because there are no shortcuts to it from sword mode anymore.
