Then you send in the next generation, and depending on how well they do you either have more or less of a support base in the town for gear and items. Repeat until you do so poorly that the town dries up due to no treasure or you find the ultimate treasure and win everything.
H-content would occur both between runs (adventurers hooking up) and during runs when you meet something horny and decide to go with it. Rape would be possible both ways, characters could be both male and female, and if a female character got raped and the escaped they might birth a halfbreed who would be usable next generation.

Oh, and procedurally generated EVERYTHING, including sex scenes.

It's a 6 year old widely publicised flop. How have you not heard of it?

They literally fucked up everything about it. Then had massive delays due to messing up the gameplay and for some reason the writers used that to keep on writing more and more events.

They originally planned to make it an RTS and it looks like you were meant to at one stage be able to play any of Japan/Gamerica/Aeris Empire/Third Reich/Soviet.

Except not only had they lost some talent they promoted their best game making guy to company CEO so he wasn't actively involved.

Eventually he quit that to get back in gameplay to try and salvage something and because they were running low on cash they had to shove everything they had in and release it.

Actually comes across like one of those amateur productions by a team that really, really wanted to make their dream game but bit off way more than they could chew but because it was their dream game stuck with some poorly designed ideas.
