Well boys I finally did it. For the 9th or 10th time now I've maxed out on everything I can possibly do in this game. Today revealed how little I can do to help friends now that the void as we knew it is gone, all farming (xp and resource) places are gone or severely diminished.
It's dawned on me that nothing is going to change for the better. The playerbase is full Stockholm for anything and everything DE does. I don't want to call people sheep, but so many people are turning a blind eye to the bleak outlook the future of this game has to offer. You cannot simply undo 4 years of a number game for the sole purpose of extracting more money from players due to immensely increased grind.
I realized it long ago that DE could never design anything challenging or with skill in mind. The only thing they know how to do is break meta and add annoyances. Yes I know with every nerf and alternative appears, but it should be apparent by now that slowly power is being taken away from players. DEAC is the planned end game.
I don't want to quit WFG. I want warframe to be a good game. I know it can be. Why does DE settle for such horrid mediocrity?

I make content for source engine games, and my works are quite well known. Without revealing much, chances are if you've played the surf game mode at any point in the last 3 years you've played a map I've made. I haven't reached millions like DE, but I have reached hundreds of thousands, and as a single person working on things as a hobby I guess that's something to be proud of. I enjoyed my time with warframe for the most part. The most frustrating thing has always been DEs shit decisions. I've only had one hiatus up to this point and that was around the time nova prime came out. Was only out like a month and a half. You can do okay with ranked up basic mods but you still have be judicious about how often you hit 4. Valkyr has an assload of armor anyway, you shouldn't be getting one-shotted by anything on the first few planets.

Once you get to rank 4, you'll get a power called Hysteria.
It makes you use a new weapon- claws, like a giant angry kitty cat- and also gives you indestructibility, and the ability to steal life.
Also, put any Shield, health, or armor mods into your warframe. Those are important for the early game.

Lorewise, I'm sure it comes down to the sacredness of mercenary contracts. Firstly, tenno are pretty damn invaluable on the battlefield, so the slight chance of getting the drop on one probably doesn't weigh out against an almost guaranteed victory. Also, they go right to lotus for those, and if they betrayed you, she'd be super pissed, and as much as everyone wants to throw her into a sun, no one really wants to confront her directly. Best case scenario, you ruin your reputation and never get a tenno contract again, worst case scenario she starts sending tenno to kill you

The frames have organic bodies inside. Whether they're bodies, organic clones, or something like that, they're fused to the suit via the infestation in order to make a body that can withstand VOID MAJYCKS. It also really kills the attitude. Previously, tenno were these professional, silent hitmen of space. The Orokin Empire exists- ruled over varying castes of walking gods, immortal and hedonistic, beautiful and awful in equal measure. They're superhumans, and also dicks. There are other humans running around, but they don't really matter.
Some kind of 'threat' happens, and the Orokin are running out of space or need to explore for some reason. The idea of sending just plain people to terraform a system is discarded for some reason, so some bright spark decides 'HEY LET'S MAKE ADAPTING AI SUPERROBOTS' and while it's against the Orokin Seven Commandments they do it anyway because the superrobots are allergic to hyperspace.
Either before or after the superrobots were sent away, a bunch of children have an accident in hyperspace and end up psychic potatoes who can't control their powers. Good thing they don't grow up, or puberty would have destroyed the universe. They're stuffed into a closet for now.
Super robots get sent to the Tau system, decide it sucks, and somehow adapt (slightly) to hyperspace. It's almost like they're super ADAPTING robots. They decide to come home.
They end up killing a lot of people.
The Orokin make a nanite mutation virus, which doesn't work and actually starts killing even more people. Then they pull the kids out, put them into big psychic chairs, and wire them up to puppet bodies. The puppets somehow kill (most of) the robots. Everyone is happy, Orokin are still dicks.
One robot person pretends to be a friend to the potatopuppets, with the plan of getting them to slaughter the orokin. Then her plan is to murder them all. The first part works (mostly), and then she decides to adopt the potatopuppets because her hyperspace allergy made her sterile despite not having a reproductive system, being a robot and all.
Then the potato puppets take a nap. Two orokin twins start cloning themselves, while the shitty 'lesser' orokin castes start worshipping money.

Technocyte is mutagenic but can be manipulated to produce certain results or something close enough to a functional result. But as a cognitive entity, it's literally just a virus and consumption is the only thing that drives it. The general idea is each Warframe model had some kind of base, either a Corpus citizen or a Replicant to serve as a template and gives plausibility to why Frames still have secondary sexual features... usually.

The grineer didn't exist back then AFAIK. The Corpus did, though. In various conversations and codices the word 'Corpus' is used where 'Family' or 'kin' or even 'friends' would count.
It's questionable about WHEN the twin queens showed up, but the Kuria mention of 'during the great war' implies the war against the sentients. I'm pretty sure that they were born to orokin adults and were shunned because there were two of them- the Orokin valued pretty snowflakes, and two identical snowflakes are boring. Their pops was high-ranked enough to keep the kids from being killed, but stuffed them somewhere else.
So then the twins, as only two creepy preteen girls could, made friends with a bunch of losers, and eventually cloned them, and rebelled? Probably somewhere around the tenno rebellion, I think, or the Orokin would slaughter them.

You're missing a couple things here
When the Tenno were first discovered, an Orokin researcher named Margulis was kind to them. While the rest of the Orokin were only concerned with exploiting their power to win the war against the Sentient Destroyers of Worlds aka "terraforming robots", Margulis instead acted to protect the Tenno, and for this she was executed because as you said, Orokin high society is full of assholes. The Tenno didn't like that, pushed the Sentients shit in, then committed genocide on the Orokin in revenge for Margulis. The sentient Natah came later and took the form of Margulis to act as space mom.

Dark sector had several "breeds" of infested that shared traits and powers. Excalibur and nyx were based on the prototype warframes seen in dark sector, but notably, chroma was based off of one of the enemies (also called a chroma)
I doubt we'll ever see it, but it would be neat to have an event based on the "originals" that served as the prototype for each frame, or to see infestation skins like excalibur and nyx's for each frame, similar to umbra excal.

From what I've seen
The only things that drop traces are eximus.
Eximus only spawn at 30%, 50% and 80%, and only so many spawn each time, waiting around for more to spawn is pointless so once you've killed them, move on.
You can use loot adding means like nekros/hydroid/atlas(actually, can atlas stonify eximus?) to get extra drops
Closing the rift will despawn any current void enemies, and those won't drop anything, so make sure all the eximus are dead. Also, that will automatically drop a couple more traces.
I typically get 8-10 traces with a regular group, and 14-18 traces in a run with nekros.
Boosters can increase that. I was once in a run with two nekros, I got 23, and the nekros using a booster got 56, or so he claimed

The crewmen synth log mentions (though not by name) a female geneticist getting Dr. Manhattan'd as her form of execution. Given how few females from that era have been introduced or alluded to ingame, there's a strong chance it was Margulis. So there wouldn't be anything to posses. But a lack of evidence doesn't mean it was her either, even if it somewhat lines up with the echos from Second Dream.
The only other named females I can think of are Kaleen, who was a soldier not a geneticist, Bilsa was kept captive by Vaytok after the Uprising and her friend Avantus was murdered by the same Grineer.

There shouldn't be a trace cap at all. If you ever want the actually valuable drops, radiants are mandatory. 2% fucking drop rate is not acceptable. Having to grind just to get a 10% is pretty ridiculous.
If they want to force us to grind to level up our relics, traces should drop in oxium quantities of 7-20 and be a normal resource without a cap. Even better, it should be in void missions so that you don't have to blow keys you know are going to be garbage just to have a chance at stuff you want.

Increased the amount of Impact damage done with Stradavar automatic fire while decreasing the Puncture and Slash damage these attacks do.
Increased the amount of Puncture damage done with Stradavar semi-automatic fire while decreasing the amount of Slash damage these attacks do.
Slightly decreased the amount of damage done by Stradavar automatic fire and increased the amount of damage done by semi-automatic attacks.
Increased the Stradavar Status Chance to 15%.
