I'm going to try to explain this again. Bloodedge would play EXACTLY the same as regular Ragna except without his Drive, because he literally is just CP Ragna afflicted with convenient amnesia.

The only reason he looks a little different is because being next to Celica fucked up his arm and eye (which also happens in regular CP present timeline) so he wears his coat differently to accommodate the fact that he can't move his arm.

If you want to play as Bloodedge, you already can, just go play the CP story mode, Ragna is driveless in a couple of his fights because he's near Celica.

I know how you feel man. It's incredibly frustrating watching this man play. It's like he's doing so much stupid shit that even me, a netplayer will say "c'mon man, you know better than that, if I can not make these stupid mistakes then why can't you?" The worst part of it all is that he's pretty much the only good Hazama player left in CF. All of the others since CP are gone or MIA or whatever. When was the last time you've seen Mitsurugi? I just want to see good haz gameplay on a consistent basis. That's all I ask. I'm happy with Izanami gameplay since I want to main her because I have tenchi, rikutoe and bokuzen to look forward to and with Nine I have Saki, kyuu, DISA and shadow but with Haz it's only Anson and he fucks up so much that I don't know if it's really worth it. I said maybe bro it's not a guarantee. For CF I have a bunch of characters that I want to try my hand at. Nine, Izzy, Naoto, Hibiki, plus relearning the new combo routes and changes for Carl and Bullet. You can't deny that even though Haz gained a couple of things they did kinda break his legs.
