I really need some advices: I've fallen from 50 to 34 picking tanks and supports to help team (Reinhardt, Lucio, Zenyatta, Mercy and sometimes Soldier 76, if there isn't still one, thing that almost never happen) but I end up always losing because they are always going solo, never waiting for others to respawn and forgetting the objective and going for the kills. Should I too disregard the team and going retard too, hoping someone else to pick tank/support? The few times I've played Junkrat/Tracer/Mei I've done good, but can't pick them if there's already one and no support

This is what it's like to not main anybody.

I just don't care enough to buy skins for any of them. Even the skins I sort of like I don't feel compelled to get because I don't feel strongly enough about the hero. For instance, I default to Reaper a lot. I can play Reaper. I even find Reaper somewhat amusing as a character. But I haven't bought the Nevermore skin, perhaps the skin I find most alluring, because when it comes right down to it I'm not really a "Reaper player," so using that skin wouldn't really feel that much more satisfying than his default skin.

It's all a wash to me. I hope they release a hero I can find a comfort zone with.

Grouping up to attack together. Don't push in one hero at a time. What you need is a window of time to open where the turrets are attacking one friendly so you're open to attack them without being fired on.

Using a Widow, Hanzo, Pharah or Soldier: 76 to DPS the shit out of the turrets helps, and using a Tracer or Genji to flank helps as well.

What's your secret? I've tried everything to help team, shielding, healing, using my body as bait, but they never contest the objective. In the last game i got Gold medal for staying on the objective with Zenyatta: 2 seconds. Our Zarya and Lucio just kept jumping around following their Tracer.
But the worst wasn't that:

So I can play pretty decently on McCree.

I usually hover from 45-55% accuracy, around 2.5 e/d. And about 7-8 solo kills a game, but I never top damage against a Soldier or a good Pharah. Is this normal, or is there something I'm missing with Dirty Dan?

Yes. If you like her. It's a bit situational, but she supports teams by blocking imminent damage from bastion or pharah, separating enemy teams so your team can pick off players one by one, or dealing with flankers like Genji. Mei's good against Genji, Tracer, Mercy, and lots of lower HP heroes that often flank. Her freeze and headshot combi is annoying. She's bad against snipers who headshot her, Loseton, and some other soft counters like Pharah. Make sure to time her "get out of damage free" ability right, break off the walls with E again when appropriate (like when your friendlies have ults they want to use), and you'll be good.

Health - 150: 50 normal, 100 armored

Shotgun: Long-barreled double barrel shotgun. Slightly tighter spread and longer effective range than other shotguns, making it actually OP as fuck if you land those mid-range headshots. This is balanced out by the fact that you have to reload every two shots.

Molotov: Throw it in an arc and it does damage over time in an area as long as people stand in it. The bottle itself also does damage if you land a direct hit.

Insult: Force an enemy to auto-aim towards you and fire once. Don't do this to Widowmakers.

Ult - Cab Driver: He's like the reverse of D. Va, where he can permanently transform and start driving his hovercab until he runs out of hp again and has to eject. The cab puts you in third person and has limited flight, limited aiming, a damaging nitro boost ability for running people the fuck over with, and acts like physical terrain and is just barely big enough for one person to stand on the back end of it while it moves (fly your bastion around, it stays level). The cab has some respectable hp and armor, and gun barrels poking out of the front bumper.
