I get 55 to 60 fps in the country side,25 to 30 in the city with effects on high.The thing is the frame rate won't go back up when I go back in to the country side.Full windowed mode is on.

There's 3 servers for NA and EU regions.
NA: Uno, Orwen, Edan
EU: Alustin, Jordine, Croxus
I heard connecting from EU to NA and vice versa isn't too bad from a few friends.
