Can someone explain how Honorary Orc in SPERG works? It says it grants a 25% bonus to iron, steel and orcish weapons.

Does this mean they are 25% stronger after I craft them if I have the perk, or that wearing orcish weapons/armor makes them 25% stronger after I have the perk?

I've heard a lot of people express distaste for Requiem. I've played with it for a while and personally really enjoyed it. I also like how it doesn't bloat up my already very long load order. Equip your restoration robes (you can get some free ones in Markarth by killing that Vigilant of Stendarr in Molag Bal's house), get the apprentice stone, all the bells and whistles to make you restore mana faster, then go find one of those draugr ruins with floor panels that spew fire and stand on it, then spam healing spells on yourself until you get it high enough to cast Circle of Protection.

Now, get the Atronach Stone, walk into Whiterun's guard barracks, cast Circle of Protection on the floor and punch someone in the face. Now just sit in the circle casting your strongest healing spells on yourself and refreshing circle of protection whenever it runs out; because you have spell absorbtion and the circle is a constant effect, you repeatedly absorb magicka from it until it disappears. You can level an armor skill while you're at it if you feel like it. When you get tired of leveling it, put your hands down and surrender.

Start Dawnguard, side with the Dawnguard, and get your holy damage nukes. Now you're cooking with gas.

no, i think the discrepancy between "good" textures and "shit" textures is subjective, however there is a bunch of variables involved. enjoy this autism:

this is the no. 1 issue imo. you get a 4k texture on a thing with like 500 polygons, its gonna look like ass.

>colors and values being consistent

this is another issue. since modders dont have a color standard, you get shit like varied whites; for one texture 'white' would be one thing, for another texture it would be completely different, so then you get this scattered shitty look if you cobble them together.

ENB can only cover so much, with its tonemapping etc. The thing with skyrim is that the polycount on most models is ass, even with the mods that boost the polycount. imo 2k textures are the ideal, with maybe 4k textures for character models, armors, etc. the shit you'll actually look at.

tl;dr: 2k w/ exlax is a good size for most skyrim bullshite

I posted a character backstory yesterday, for the character I'll be playing when I build my new rig and I've spent most of today selecting mods and stuff and I decided I'd go and make his face at least, so I could have an idea of how he'd look.
