You want to save your 10 rolls for whatever event interests you. Legfest is advised for new players, but it's not really so bad to roll against the shitty 3% rate if you don't care about rolling SSRs as much as you care about rolling a specific SSR and the event gives you not completely impossible odds.

Focus on one element for right now. Since you have both a light and earth SSR you can choose since you've got 2 tickets to use.
Earth: Altheria and Sara are good core units to go with Cag. Or you can just pick what you want but I'd advise at least taking Sara. You'll have an easier time building a pool as earth as well.
Light: I'd go with Jeanne/Amira since you're new and grab Ferry later. As Light you'll take a very long time to build a full weapon pool as the drop rates for light/dark magnas are way lower.
You can save the 10-roll tickets to use whenever you want. Usually people save them for legfest.

If you main dark and already have Naru/Forte then yes get Vampy(you should get her anyway) you can run a baha axe and your entire front line benefits from it. I hope it's luck and trickery. I've been at this for 3 months and Celeste has only dropped 1 axe and 1 claw so far for attack up weapons. I've bought 2 axes with renown in that time and managed to MLB one tales katana. I guess it's a good idea to start grinding grande to prepare for when I need the cosmos axe or should I wat til I have more axes?
I haven't seen any guides on specific pools except the ones that get memed on here so hard I don't know who to believe. People here say that full claw pool is the way to go but then I see dark senpais running pure axes. It's really confusing for a newby.

Here's a quick run down for you- no memes.
The go to build for dark is 6 MLB axes, Cosmos, Unknown, Baha, and Main hand weapon. This is what you call the standard build and the one most people go for a reason. It does a ton of damage, is stable, and has synergies with different builds.
Fists instead of axes has the *potential* to do more damage, but it assumes you can function at lower HPs for long periods of time, which is not desirable for HL and not for Dark since it's characters don't being hit or being less than full except for characters like Jeanne.
Luck is a skill, but Celeste and Chev have *much* lower drop rates than the other magnas. What you're experiencing is average. Which is why the other guy has the thread suspicious. You either keep at it or just wait till you finish another pool and come back so you can MVP more.

I see. Well, the gacha gave me Vaz and I start dashed Naru. I was thinking of using this ticket to grab Vampy and I've saved up 15000 crystals to use either during the next legfes or summer gacha, whichever comes first.
I was going to ticket Forte because she's adorable and that doraf family post made me smile but I heard that Vampy is the way to go and I should get her sooner rather than later or I'd regret it.

Get Vampy. Just her and Naru will carry you all the way, since whoever you put in the third slot will matter a lot less. Between the both of them, you should be able to handle any content that comes up as you build your pool. Forte is good when paired with Naru and Baha Axe, but only for long form raids where veil isn't needed. She's not for soloing. Good luck, Anon. Vampy is unknown and thus benefits from all baha weapons regardless of race. She can dispel with her first ability, which rare in the element. She has a slow that gives 20% ougi to everyone in the party. She has Charm which on top of being a good debuff, actually buffs her attack against that target while it last and doubles as a self buff that gives several bonuses like multi-attack up and atk up. The first skill also gains addition dmg while the target is charmed as well. In short her kit is overloaded and she provides utility *and* damage that no other character in dark can provide. You don't HAVE to run her, but going without her isn't anything I'd ever recommend especially in higher content.

Charm makes your life a lot easier as dark and Vampy's charm is a potent one which hits often and has attack/def/multi buff attached. Since you're playing a glass cannon it's amazing to have a boss not ougi because her charm procced.
Her ougi does huge bonus damage if the opponent is charmed.
She's an extremely solid unit that's very hard to replace.

See my issue with Vampy core is that I understand that she's the best overall unit in dark and extremely versatile, but I also feel like I'd replace her before any main attacker. She's obviously great but she's never going to consistently out-damage Naru or DJeanne. In fact, I think the math puts Vira in the lead of her. Chevalier Merge gives you better numbers with more uptime.
I've never really liked Charm much since I still find myself playing as if it wasn't there out of fear, and a slow on dark is kind of whatever. The ougi gain is nice but we're on the element that doesn't even need buffers for its attackers.
I'd still recommend a Vampy for every dark box but I just don't think I'd feel so bad ditching one for an event healer or hell, Korwa.

You bring her for the utility- her high damage is a bonus. She not competing with any the characters you mentioned. You switch out the other attackers in the element based on what you need, but you don't move Vampy. A third attacker will always bring less than good utility.

You have to consider that the hit rate on vampy's slow and charm are bad. You are forced to run SS to make them somewhat reliable, which mitigates the value of the latter anyway. Assuming you don't need dispel and aren't SS, I think there are definitely comparable replacements both in element, and off element such as Ferry.
I will argue that Jeanne, Six and Naru are more essential to dark teams than her.
