The fix for Mercy has always been making her ult interruptible, similar to Lucio

in reality she will still get her ult off 90% of the time, but thats completely fine since just knowing you can actually stop it makes it much more fair than it is now

Mercy's ult now requires her to heal team mates souls to full health at a normal rate before they revive.

Mercy's ult now kills mercy in the process.

Mercy's ult requires her to kill an enemy and use their blood in a ritual to revive a team mate, one sacrifice per revive.

Mercy's ult is removed.

Team 1, Lucio's team, understood the importance of having to keep him within LoS of his teammates and not allow him to use his ult while he's skating around on the ceiling, to give a better chance for the enemy team to play against it

Team 2, Mercy's team, heard she needed a buff and so they gave her an instant rez. Also she doesnt need LoS which gives HILARIOUS spawn rezzes in places like Anubis or Gibraltar

As a roadhog main I'm conflicted. Rein is easy to hook while charging and just walking through his shield and shooting him also works, but his shield is also a huge deterrent to successful hooks. If he has a couple damage dealers behind him, roadhog can't do much.
