This one is actually so that you're aware of reviving enemies. If it had no audio cue, you'd only have the visual cue, which could lead to scenarios where you have enemies rezzing behind you with you being completely unaware. Even though you can't stop the ult from coming out, the audio cue is there to give you a chance to react to it, which is in line with some other ultimates.

Something I see a lot of people here ignorant of is the fact that there's two primary forms of Counter: The Character Counter and the Tactical Counter.
The Character Counter is what most people are familiar with: Character X will beat Character Y in most fair matchups because Character X has a specific advantage that strikes at the weakness of Character Y.
A Tactical Counter isn't one that requires a specific character, because it's an invalidation of a core concept of the character you're countering that requires little to no Character choice on your part.

As an example: Zarya's bubbles can be easily and effortlessly ignored. Sure, you'll probably pop them a couple of times by accident, but her charge will be really low compared to what it normally would be. This invalidates a core aspect of the character (the ability to make damage better by way of absorbing opponent damage), but there's only 3 characters in the game that have a significant chance of failing to avoid to hit Zarya while bubbles are out (Symmetra, Bjorn, and Winston).

Invalidate Reaper by not fucking sticking around like a moron while he kills you to death. Obviously, this is harder than it sounds, but it can be done, especially in crowds.
