What is the best greatsword for a pure str build?

I assumed it would've been the bastard sword, but looking at it now it'll only have a lousy 450-something AR at +10. That's worse than a CCS.

Refined is very strange, I was playing around with it and I noticed some things.

The higher one of the scalings is, the more the other benefits. For example, a weapon with B dex and D str will go up to B strength, which is a comparable boost to the heavy infusion, but also boost the dex scaling slightly, too.

This causes refined to be way better than it should on a tonne of weapons because the amount it boosts a weapon's scaling seems to increase with the disparity between str and dex.

And yet it has superior sharp scaling. Technically I wasn't incorrect: heavy it does break 500 (by 53 damage) when two-handing at 66 strength. Heavy just isn't the ideal infusion for it.

Playing through SOTFS for the first time, having played vanilla 2 a bunch. I know in SOFTS, lighting all the torches in Things Betwixt spawns a guy who drops a Petrified Something and lighting all the torches in The Gutter opens a door with the Black Witch set, but is there anything else like that?
