Lets go over the facts.

But the core point of your argument is about snowballing. Let's see snowballing is when it's easier to win once you get ahead, i. e. get ahead in the first 5 minutes and now it's easier to get further ahead, potentially leading to a win.
If you remove this the first x minute simply don't matter at all (which is obviously terrible game design). So yeah snowballing isn't even a bad game mechanic, most games have some form of it.

Playing ADC in 2016 is so fucking suffering. Literally everything in this game is geared to 1shotting you. AP supports 1 shot you. The fucking full tank top 1 shot you. Mid one shots you. Riot is removing the only defenses we have to surviving because of the most bullshit reasons possible.

Half the time you can't even carry because the moment you go in you get ass blasted 3000 damage in 1.71 seconds unless youre MASSIVELY fed before hand. You're totally reliant on your team for everything. Farming, protection, initiation. I just played a game where the SUPPORT KARMA, 1v1d me with only that AP ghost item for AP. Her empowered Q was doing near half my HP every time it hit. The midlane bursters need to get the fuck out of bot lane.

The only one I can think of is Nautilus.

Most tanks aren't really broken though.

They fall off super hard late game because you're going to a be a full build ADC with lifesteal, crit, and armor pen.
Problem is most people don't build properly or just wander alone and get picked off the by the enemy team.

You have to work really hard to kill the ADC as a tank though.

As poppy It took me about 8 seconds to kill the Jhin. Retard didn't understand kiting and his team didn't understand peeling.

So pick a champ with a dash or spellshield built into their kit, if you don't want to rely on your team in a team orientated game.
Tristana, Ezreal, Sivir, Vayne, Caitlyn (this is a good one because of her mad range + trap + net). I think half the ADCs I haven't mentioned here also have various forms of movement buffs inbuilt.
I'm going through my ADC games from my last 20 games and I have:
8/0/7 Jinx win
9/1/3 Jinx win
17/9/12 MF lose
1/5/2 Trist lose
1/7/11 Jinx win

I can get fed and I can carry, I can get fed and lose, feed and lose, and feed and still win.

Annie, Anivia, and Lux are pretty good counters to her.
Zed as well.

If you can play LB or Vlad they are probably the hardest counters for her.

But for the most part anything with hard CC fucks her over.

Point and click CC is even better.

AP Assassins rape her as well. They can usually close the gap and burst her down before she can react.
