If you win, your number has +10 or some shit added to it. The people who lose, have -10.

TF2 for some reason, has everyone start at 0, so players who win against other players with 0 GAIN NOTHING.

let's say I have 20 points. And I win against someone with 0 points. The game doesn't want to reward me too much for beating someone lower than me, so it gives 1 point. We had this shit for 6 months in the beta, where the only way to move up was to play with your friends and keep getting +1 point. The difference is, blizzard fixed this shit in the beta

The only issue with the update is servers, and one or two weird balance changes.

Valve pubs still exist, they're just not in the server browser right now. Hopefully they'll be back.

The long queue times are probably related to the game coordination server being overloaded.

It will be a great update when this is fixed. Finally I can play 12v12 games where people actually try to work as a team.

This was already a thing before this update. You were never guaranteed to find a server running a specific map that had players connected. If you did, good, but it wasn't entirely common unless the map is a casual's wet dream like Hightower.

I played today, and quite frankly, when I finally found a match (Took under 5 minutes, luckily), I enjoyed it. Both teams were balanced, I'd say.

Personally, I enjoy this new queue system, but I can understand the frustration of people with Valve servers being gone.
Then again, in South America we have good community servers, fortunately (Except for shit like Lemmingrado, a server where the admin is literally everything bad about community servers), so I didn't get that bothered.
