Unless you're against a Soraka who would be a good support that benefits from ignite? Exhaust is the best option for any support as it allows you to either save your carry or help for an all in due to the slow. It has both defensive and offensive properties, there's really no reason why you shouldn't get it.

For me it's the fact that the early game is just pure farming (like you say, it's boring) while in ARAM or game modes everything picks up into the action and kills instantly. If you're laning against certain champions or a dummy you can take advantage of the fact that Q+thunderlords chunks people ridiculously hard at level 1 and 2 to get control of the lane even when you probably shouldn't be able to. Abuse shroud to pick up farm without getting harassed the fuck out of lane. Always be mindful of what enemy champions have pinks at the time before committing to anything, if possible try to bait them out by faking an all in with your shroud when you're not going to be in danger of getting assfucked.

Build a metric fuckton of health, do the E-W-Q combo everytime you have the chance, don't be shy to use your ult as an up close distrupt or even as an escape mechanism. You are pretty good at setting up ganks, solo kills are not necessarily your main objective in lane. Sunfire-DMP-Warmog-Spirit Visage-Solari is the optimal build against a team with mixed damage, maybe you can throw in a titanic hydra somewhere if you're soloqing. Always max your W first, unless you're against an actually squishy laner, then you can max E first and poke the shit out of them.

Against him, either pick some other really heavy tank or a juggernaut. Champions with almost infinitely reusable % damage are really effective against him, such as shen or fiora. If you feel like he deals too much damage to you, buy magic resistance. He deals much more damage with his w than with any other of his skills. Try to avoid his ult by saving up your flash. If you flash out of his q just because you didn't want to get that pesky cc, you should get the fuck out of toplane.

Use your blinks properly to juke and come from unpredictable places. These champs aren't the typical "get stat items and smash face against enemy" you need to actually think ahead a little.

I don't like it, the rest of her skins fit the idea that she's a knight which has no place in a futuristic setting. It fits champions like Yi, Zed, Lucian better because their kits and their style closely resemble that assassin Metal Gear style you're referring to. That's just my opinion though. Ignite and thunderlord's - Leona is made to snowball. If you're not going ham every opportunity you have you'd be better playing Alistar or Braum
You have three major powerspikes: levels 2, 3 and 6. Push right before leveling up so you can fight you enemy with having a level advantage
If vs a mobile adc flash+Q > E > Solar Flare can chain CC them if timed right. That being said saving you ult and/or Zenith Blade for following up after they flash is often a smart move
E+flash is a great tool for initiating
Roam roam and roam but be smart and don't let you adc 1v2
The enemy laner will place a ward in your bush as soon as laning starts. Destroy it with aaQaa to deny them vision

He's a hypercarry, so you won't be doing too much until you finish around 3 items unless you get fed. Focus on farming and only harass if you can get away with it without losing too much health (which is why I love having supports with a stun or snare). W is your main damage source. Never start fights without it. Also, your ult deals more damage the lower the enemy's hp. Always use it when someone low is running away and your W can't reach them.

Most of Kog's damage comes from his W and applying on-hit effects with Guinsoo. Bait him to use it and stay out of his range(700 at max rank if I'm correct). Without it he should be a free kill.

I've tried many different build. Hyperspeed, crit, arpen, but each time it's the same thing: i'm extremely unsatisfied with my damage.
Any other adc at any point in the game is dealing more damage than me per auto attack against enemies and myself and i have no idea why. I even had a Vayne yesterday late game deal 95% of my health with three AA, and she wasn't particularly fed. Even including my fourth AA, i do not do as much damage as her. Had the arpen build at the time by the way.

I don't know man. Everytime i look at end game graphs i see i'm ahead of everyone in damage, but i never feel it in actual fights. The only reason i actually manage to be ahead of everyone is because teamfight happens and teamfight is the only place i can deal a lot of damage because i actually get more than four auto-attack offs and my full ult.
