The only fun thing about it is using the Jailer's Judgement on my paladin against baddies who sit in the stun for the full duration.

It could have been pretty nice but due to the "everyone deserves to win" system in place it's garbage and should be avoided once you're geared up IMO.

Pandaren are the worst race in the game. They really take away from taking this game seriously. Their aesthetic is really against WoW champion tradition and their lore is incongruent with the rest of WoW, IMO. I know Warcraft is full of light-hearted moments and humour, and that's why Pandaren were including in the first place, which is fine. But a whole expansion, character class, and playable race for them was horrible. It is rather silly.

One of the other things I dislike about Pandaren are the way that a grey furred female pandaren's bum looks stretched because of her stub tail compared to a red furred bushy tail, and that their shoulder armor floats instead of being seated on their shoulders. It makes for some weird visuals like unseemly glows from Monk tier armor or the Pandaren's arms sliding through their shoulder armor when grabbing a weapon.

And about the land itself, Pandaria is pretty racist. Okay, whoa, I know, it's pretty controversial to call anything racist these days. And I'm not saying that Blizzard hates asian people or anything like that, but Pandaren boasts some seriously problematic Orientalism, harkening back to days when East met West for the first time. And we all know how that turned out.

I mean, it's almost like they thought, "Hm... fictional panda race... real world panda race... Chinese... Asian... Pan-daria... Pan-asia... I think I'm onto something here."

It has all the subtlety of a Panda Express. We're lucky their forces aren't led by General Tso. Nothing says "I don't understand who plays my game" like charing players for the chance to reroll as giant pandas with facial hair. Nothing says "I'm going to disguise my laziness with dynamism" by saying that this is the first neutral race so I don't have to release another one at the same time.

You can freely change between specs. When you enter a spec, you'll autoequip the weapon for it if you were previously holding a different spec's artifact. Obviously that doesn't happen if you don't have the arti for that spec. You get your first arti at 100 and can get the rest at 102.
