Dude just press p and disable match chat. It's so much more peaceful when you don't see nerds flaming eachother.

Disable team chat if they're being cunts too, you might miss some good information but if you can't just ignore people when they're being stupid it might help you focus on the game.

Counterplay is not fucking running in the middle of any open area without knowing where the Roadhog is. Don't be so predictable when running away. Shoot him instead of pissing your pants and thinking his 300 hp heal is anything close to godmode when you have a tank who can block infinite single instances of damage with her shield, a Tank who has a jump pack on 5 sec cd, a tank with a 2000 hp shield and another tank with a boost every 5 seconds. Tanks aren't supposed to be easy to kill and Roadhog has no fucking mobility, just shoot him. Play Reaper/Roadhog/Zarya/Soldier/Hanzo and just fuck him over. The second he misses a hook is when you can be aggressive because he has no long range options.
