You have a mix of players here. Half are pretty good and half are absolutely shit. The good players struggle to coordinate the shitters and ultimately get frustrated.

You have maybe 2 people playing the objective, calling for group ups and shit, and the rest are diving head first into death one by one and blaming everyone else.

There's also a huge amount of shit talking, usually from people who are pretty decent oddly enough. It's kind of a good thing when you get them on your team and a massive detriment if they're your opponents because they psych out the shit players hard and direct their focus so you can't carry them.

On occasion you get grouped with the good players exclusively and it's glorious and fun. This is a rarity though.

Mercy when on long spawn attacking, long spawn defending, short spawn defending and when more than 3 of your team mates are standing within LoS of each other so you can 4v6 while genji and widow do nothing.

If you die too much switch to lucio. If your team isn't grouping switch to lucio. If their team looks like Zarya, Reaper, Reinhardt, Pharah, Hanzo switch to zenman. If you don't have a symmetra on Volskaya/ Hanamura or Anubis but you have a zenman or Lucio switch to Sym.

It's balanced out by the fact that Tracer really only takes 2 shots, and there is a LOT of scatter/automatic fire in this game.

It sucks when you're up against somebody in The Yi Zone, but otherwise it's pretty easy to deal with Tracer most of the time. I don't think she deserves a nerf just because some people actually know how to play the game.

Because not a lot of characters have actual regular guns, a lot of heroes such as Rein, Zarya, Junkrat, etc get completely stumped by an airborne Pharah (Zarya can get her when she gets a bit closer to ground I guess, but she's still a complete outstander compared to other heroes since she's the only one that can fly)
