Do I need to weapon swap before I could use Cannoneer skills? or can I just use Cannoneer skills aslong as I have a Cannon on my weapon swap?

Get Sup Kracked, upgrade it and put lv5 green gems
Get Agvara , upgrade and put a lv6+ green gem
You will do basically the same DPS without having to keep swapping every 5 seconds, poisons doesn't crit and benefit from Kracked physical attack so you don't really need a manameme and broom trap crits benefit from Agvara out
If you really want to weapon swap put a Karacha crossbow in the action bar for quicker manual swapping before firing Cannon Blast, but you still have to upgrade it and lv5+ green gems.
You better invest in attributes and upgrades on fewer weapon than multiple weapons to minimaxing not even that much extra dps
Vs flying mobs is the only situation where weapon swapping to a Bow is really worth unless you have shotdown ready before Cannon Shot/Blast them

I don't think you understand how this works. Let's have a look at the possibilities, shall we?
1. You RMT silver and buy Token from a random. IMC gets the money from the random.
2. You buy the Token from IMC.

See how both ways, IMC gets the exact same amount of money? That's because the ONLY source of Tokens is from IMC. RMT CANNOT provide you with Tokens, and thus, cannot kill IMC.

You can argue that the player gets more bang for their buck from RMT. True, but that's completely different. IMC isn't providing any way for a player to whale their real money into in-game Silver - Tokens simply don't cut it due to the limited market.

in progression-based game design, especially when dealing with a game that features so many players within the same space, you have to consider what kind of actions are being incentivized. ideally, you'd like you incentivize good teamwork in cooperative environments and individual/collective knowledge and skill, or in an MMO, perseverance/dedication, exploration, etc.

while theres many other factors to take into account (like in this example, where IMC is trying to fight off bots,) there are plenty sources (and potential sources as the game develops) of both adverse and cooperative incentives in this game, with more on the way (TBL, etc) without making a choke point in player/community development like KSing in fucking farming maps of all places. what kind of things are incentivized in an environment that calls for that kind of assfuckery at all levels of play?

- building classes around the ability to defend your maps / take others maps
- bottlenecking players into no-one-wins scenarios where the only winning condition in a KS war is who says fuck it and logs off/leaves first
- the fucking inter-guild drama (which again, makes me recall the maplestory example)
- etc etc

now, does that sound like an enjoyable form of adversarial play? unless you're a career asshat, probably not. world bosses are one of the things that are mostly well implemented in this game, because they introduce that kind of adversarial play without affecting the average player, or completely bottle-necking endgame content behind them. (ex, ffxiv's 'hunting' system, a massive fuckup and example of how to do this wrong)
