Vanilla Guide only tells you to follow the quests that have decent exp/time invested ratio.

It skips helluvalot of quests.
Just find a different area with same/lower level requirements. Green quests are great for leveling because the shorter time you spend killing mobs rewards you greatly for the less exp you get from finishing.

Yeah nah, most quests in the game are okay. You're not actually supposed to fall for the quest XP meme in the first place, some quests are only good because the mobs in the area of the quest are good for grinding, which is where you get the vast majority of your XP.

How many chars do you have that are higher than level18? What you can do is out any char up on the trade auction house. While he's sitting in his auction he's not available on your character list so you're back to 10 chars, can log in and delete one, then cancel the trade auction.

You won't be able to put up your newly bought character because he has a name change pending.
The character you want to put up can also not be in a guild so if he's in Nihilum maybe ask ITT to kick your char for 5 minutes and hope Qlurf or somebody reads it. If your newly bought character is your only >lvl19 char you'll have to go to the IRC and contact Gurky.

it's not much of a priority, in pve when you cast hundreds of spells average DPS is important but in a pvp scenario them having a slightly smaller chance to resist your spell is less good than your spell doing more damage or you having more health/mana

it's still nice to incidentally get a little hit through talents/gear you would be using anyway, though, and it's really important while levelling to give you a chance vs higher levels

Kronos is alright. Still a few issues with disconnects and whatnot but definitely less than before.

Population wise. I think it's declining slightly but whenever I mention that people seem to get angry. It's just a personal opinion but I'm seeing less and less people around these days. But it's still very comfy and populated compared to retail WoW servers.

I don't know much about Feenix, apparently it's a pay to win server or something.
