Probably rein. Hog can heal himself and if he dies the entire team doesn't instantaneously lose all momentum on a payload. I like hog more than rein, but with a non-idiot team (ie actually uses and shoots THROUGH the damn shield) he's much more valuable on objectives.

Her guns are fine, her headshot box needs to just be moved to her back. It would make her a lot tankier without her shredding every other character and give her enough time for her guns to actually build up some damage.

Literally all you'd have to do is make some metallic shield that covers the glass come down while she shoots, a core in the back open up like bastion, AND now her canons slowing her down while firing would actually make a little sense. She could actually fill her role of flying in, fucking up the backline, and flying out instead of flying in, getting her mech killed before doing any damage, and then maybe getting away on foot.

On the relatively rare occasion I see a Junkrat in competitive the team will spread out when they hear the ult, call tire location and focus it down easily. As long as you aren't standing in a stupid place that a tire/genji could easily drop on you from it's very, very hard for a Junkrat to kill you. 40 damage at max range is a massive buff to McCree actually since it reduced his kill threshold at max range.

75 damage within 10 units is also sort of strong because that puts Tracer in a oneshot threshold (as opposed to headshot+bodyshot).

flashbang+headshot+melee becomes a killcombo on 200 hp classes.

Faster fth makes it synch better with flashbang.

It seems damage and kills are weighted heavier than healing. If your in a situation where you completely stomp and don't heal so much because there's nothing to heal it's significantly worse. It's often better to pull out your pistol as Mercy than to damage boost, at least when it comes to ranked points.
