AST is the strongest of the 3 healers below lv 45. High mp regen, low level cleanse and aspected benefic at early levels that makes dungeons like aurum vale a joke.
They just can't keep up with the other 2 healers after that, i was one of the dumb ones to lv AST to 60 before it was buffed, healing vault was a gigantic pain in the ass even though my WHM had done it before with worse gear and managed to clear it no problem.
