The easiest one to probably do is Shadow since there's a ton of +Shadow Damage Gear (Including Bloom Black Smoke Energy which is probably one of the best non-epic Sub-Equips for Fixed Damage Classes) and Chaos's best Epic Weapon, Yin Sword: Makya, is Shadow.

You can farm lib (two dailies) while you farm any legendary set (there is two dailies but you can only do one per day), you just need to get the quests and spam ancients until you complete them.
Lv.80 halidom and rental pinks are good enough for normal ancients. You may need a bit more than that for EX, though, but you always give it a try (something better than rental is a good start).
