Glad I saw the event before going to bed, unlocked all the fuel stations. I'm assuming you only get to upgrade your webshooters when the octobots show up there.
I didn't have enough fuel to start but this seems like it works as the brit event. Also the premo actions (Ham and symbiote) seem to require some sort of wanted poster you get from the first one.

The only thing we know that relies on exclusives to this point is Spidey, but who knows, you may need them for Lizard or MJ or Otto or Gobbo or some part of the event in Episode 3 or 4. Tested it for a bit. Octobot issue is still a thing so I need to go back to the regular client to clear them before I can check if rushing fuel is possible, but rushing everything else seems to still cost shards, even event generators that used to have free rush on the last version.
