Anybody else tried out Enai's Wildcat - Combat of Skyrim mod?

From what I can see so far, it's a far more stable Ultimate Combat + Injury system. It even balances out Legendary so it's "everybody deals a fuckton of damage" instead of "the enemies are damage sponges."

What are some quest mods that feel like RPGs with interesting dialogue and multiple paths and endings?

Many of the quest mods I've tried are still combat oriented and feel like skyrims vanilla quests, where they tell you to travel to X and kill Y.

Yeah, he fixed these. But it's still an Enai mod. Stable never comes into the picture.
He's still removing, adding, and changing perks in Ordinator.
It may now be "stable" in that it doesn't crash, but I have no faith in it being "stable" in that he doesn't change some significant part of it every week.
UC, on the other hand, has never caused me a crash, and doesn't get changed every week. So it's by far the more "stable" of the two.

I say I'm shooting in the dark because when mine is set to True with SKSE's tweaks active, I CTD on startup. Maybe that's just because my Skyrim is so overloaded, but maybe others aren't so much? I dunno. But if it's true, try false and see if anything changes.
