I'm also just running off of his lvl 18 stats going from that picture. It's possible some of his basic abilities have longer cooldowns at lower ranks.

And yeah, his ratios are pretty meh, but with CDR (build morello instead of ludens at the very least) he'll be able to fire off a Q every 2 seconds more or less something like EWQ followed by EQ till his W is back up and he can EWQ again. Silver is everything I was promised. People have just as much of an idea of what they're doing as before (Hi support wuk), but now they're rude and intent on telling you what you did wrong because they have rudimentary game knowledge.

I made it through my promos by playing Morg because I guess that's my one trick. She's still really safe and very versatile. We had a game against a Swain/Trynd/Udyr comp that tried to splitpush all three lanes. Luckily I managed to waveclear Trynd down (I don't think he was great), and Udyr was more of a 'did you CC him before attacking' than anything else. Swain we usually had to trade our Ekko or trist to kill, but we still managed very well.

I've started running full AP glyphs instead of scaling CDR. It makes an easier laning phase because pool kills creeps more reliably while I'm rushing RoA now, but I spend a lot of time sitting at 30%. I'm considering whether I might just need to git gud.

I'm also learning the N3ac3y build for GP in normals right now. I don't have the page for it, but it seems to work reliably. Does anyone else here play GP in that style and can offer advice about it?

I'm excited about the new Ryze because he might have a kit that shitstomps Zed while remaining reasonable otherwise. I hope for this every patch, remake, and new character.

Between W heal and E giving a shield (probably just change it to just giving a shield based on pre-mitigation damage), and he'll be drain-tanky in two ways, both of which can be tweaked seperate from each other and from his Q and R damage.

Maybe replace his ult with the mother of all tethers to cement him as an immobile "if you can't get away you're fucked" machine.

Ultimate Cancer Idea (do not consider seriously): a long duration tether (~10 seconds). If you don't break the tether, you die. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Other ideas. Ult drains max health from a target for an extended time period (as in, long enough that they might heal up) and gives it to Mord.

Riot has been talking about making a new ip since 2011.

They are just too terrified to do so since the success of their one and only IP was basically a well timed copy and paste job. Riot even went out of their way to hire back in 2013 people to make a new game and yet even with 1k+ employees, they still just recently bought an outside studio instead.

Because they don't TRUST their own employees to make another game.

Literally the entire playerbase is slowly getting smarter and starting to understand unfun to fight =/= likely to lose against
