Guys, I know it seems counter intuitive for a VN, but I really really really recommend not following one your first playthrough. I came to enjoy thinking about the characters, what they would and wouldn't like, and making them drinks. Much more immersive and comfy.

No idea. There's so many variables that are all over the place. My current run is trying to make everybody as drunk as possible. Alma will drink the Absinthe Jill brings from home if you don't get the Rum from Stella, and then after the absinthe she asks for something non-alcoholic, which you can spike for this conversation. It's probably the absinthe bit but I'm not sure.

Anna can only be seen by breaking the fourth wall in the game. Jill can see her because Jill is a video game character and is in fact programmed to do so. I'm pretty sure that cosplayer girl (she's from YIIK, right?) isn't just cosplaying, but is in fact ACTUALLY that green girl from her game, and as a video game character herself, she can also see Anna. Anna mentions the other characters could see her if they wanted, which I assume means "if they were programmed to", or else "if they realized they were video game characters".
