I have a9lh and still have issues with not cryptofixed games. I open one like ZTD, exit app, use NTR/FBI/FTP/etc and the screen freezes in black. Only way to get around that after exiting the app is opening another game app that is fixed or doesn't have this issue to go on with the normal routine.

If you mean DSiware ports, it's just a few of them. Most DS homebrew can't work as a DSiware, and the original developers never released the source.

Downgrade to 9.2 or 2.1 for A9LH. You need to look out for one thing either way though, if you need/have emunand you have to back it up and restore to the new card using Decrypt9. Everything else should be ok to copy, provided they are not corrupted.

That would be great, but it wasn't what I was talking about. Currently most flashcard only run in DS mode, meaning WEP is the only option even for DSi-enhanced games.

Most games are supported. It's sad that some less popular games probably didn't manage to get custom servers working for them (though most games do it in the same way), but at least it's a good thing. Picked up a used Wii U for cheap. Came with Mario Kart 8 and Smash - they'll be able to play online with whatever DLC I download (at least until the next firmware update hits right?)

I deleted the 4 folder with sizes of ~60MB and left the last one which has ~18GB.
Started my 3DS and none of my installed .cia's are there.

I made a backup just in case obviously. Should I restore the folders one by one to see which had the installed .cias? What should I do with the 18GB one? It takes up more than half of my SD card's storage.

I'm wondering if it's possible that this 18GB folder is the emuNAND with all my installed games on it (from before I switched over rxtools > Luma > a9lh)

Should I play the regular TMS#FE version or get the uncensor patch? are subtitles still in tact? is it butchered in any way?

Regular version of #FE has "exclusive" costumes that aren't skimpy, characters ages are changed and anything considered risqué by NoA has been removed.
The patched version takes content from the Japanese version and adds back bikini costumes, risqué imagery and makes the characters ages younger.
Play whatever you prefer.

I'm converting my rxTools to Luma using the guide at http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-updating-from-rxtools-to-luma3ds.427735/

I use menuhax to launch rxTools and all the guide said to do was to drop the new boot.3dsx file onto the SD card, so that's all I did. However I get a message saying
