Like, closest I can imagine is every layer makes two characters: A Lord, to traipse about the world building an army with, and a unit in one of the other, normal classes, to send out as a recruitable unit for other Lords across the globe. Every recruitable unit your Lord can get is another guy's regular classed character, and they decide their growths, classes, and appearance.

When you first sign up, you pick a Kingdom from whatever motley list they let you choose from, and that's essentially your Guild. Every player helps like 2-5 other players seize a map from another kingdom for the sake of resources, and if you seize enough of the surrounding lands you can join a much larger party to besiege a castle.


...I dunno if I explained those ideas very well, but it sounds actually pretty workable.

Regarding what you said, Azura only suffers if she uses her song-infused powers. Her singing to troops on the battlefield is harmless as was dancing for any other refresher.
