The arena where you normally fight Jackal has those two paths surrounding it, right? And on either end is a freight elevator type of structure. Normally, these areas are off-limits, and you can't leap to them without sleeking. But the method DE intended for fighting Razorback was to leap up onto the balconies and hack terminals which allow Bursas to spawn, as the boss revolved around making it vulnerable to friendly fire. The issue is that after you push Jackal's shit in a dozen or so times, you ignore those parts of the arena and assume the enemies up there are just stage hazards.

So people who had their brains turned off probably used up all their revive just scrambling around trying to figure out a strategy.

Imagine the boss room you fight jackal in - but with a black bursa/jackal hybrid that's 4x the size and has tracking rockets that can see through invis that will 1sk you.
It's also level 60. You can't do any damage to it, because it has "vulnerability period" triggers.
Said trigger involves hacking bursas, that are up on the top balcony, which is normally blocked by an invis wall when fighting jackal
After hacking the bursa, it will jump down to the main floor, and start attacking Razorback for about 30s, or until it dies. If it does enough damage to Razor, it will power down like jackal does for a few seconds when you sweep its legs. This is the only window you can deal damage to its health in - and you can't do more than a certain % of its health before it gets back up and you have to do it all again. While being shot at by said bursas, and various crewmen from the balconies.
