This is what bothers me, it's a game that costs $40 and cosmetics are locked behind an RNG pay/grind wall. If it was something like you get x amount of gold each level and you can buy whatever you want I'd have little problem with them selling gold. It's annoying but it's not as bad as this, because as is its a fucking lottery system.

Blizzard has somehow managed to avoid criticism for putting f2p mechanics in a full price game and that's annoying as shit.
