Lasted about 5 seconds, but it is a great lesson on why you don't sit on a prominent perch and chortle like a fat man at a buffet with no protection when your enemy has ranged weapons.

I love quests that give you a quick exit when you kill the head honcho.

Go into the ini and lower the object, item, and actor draw distances. Also bite the bullet and play with 1k shadow resolution. With these tweaks I can maintain 60fps on my laptop with a 2.5 ghz processor.

Is there a reason all my traveling NPCs seem to be stuck where they spawn? They'll move around if I interact with them but never start their patrols. Stuff like the Imperials with a prisoner or the nobles going to Solitude.
Other NPCs all react normally and enter combat or do their routines. I'm not running any heavy script mods.

I ran DynoDOLOD, but it didn't seem to take my mods into account? Do I have to specifically include them?

I'm REALLY impressed by DynoDOLOD, I'm not going to lie. I didn't expect that I could actually see Shearpoint from Roriskstead, lo and behold, with FoV set to 5, I recognized it, but I would really appreciate it better if it added modded in locations.

I've tried several things and I can't for the life of me get his other eye to show up. Outside of this the follower works, cosmetically. Once I get this through I can work on other things, like custom spells and little armor addons like scrolls and books and stuff, but until this other eye works I am FUCKED.
