The high velocity mode tends to miss ground vehicles and slam into the ground instead. Hell, it misses air vehicles too, only with them it tends to kind of swirl around them for a while before hitting.

Low velocity doesn't miss like that, it just takes a while to get there.

For ESFs I like to flip the velocity switch after the second rocket just to annoy them.

Shredder is great once you put some magazine size upgrades on it.

Otherwise, it's hard to go wrong with a dalton. It just requires a more highly skilled gunner. Zepher is the go to for infantry farming, and has mediocre anti-vehicle power. Duster has such wild spread that it's useless in most situations. I can only get it to consistently perform well on biolab airpads.

That's entirely correct, but it's not big enough of a benefit to warrant being used instead of medkits. Hell, you'd be better off with restokits or C4 as well.
There was only one class/suit where it gave a decent benefit, I forgot which one but will look it up.

I played in a pub platoon today, and it's obvious why people quit. Shit sunderers everywhere getting bads farmed, with other bads repairing them (the only way to stop this is to just TK the lot of them, which has them paint you as the bad guy), non-existent leadership, to overbearing micromanagement from retards who don't understand the game. Zergs being set up and encouraged through "good work guys we ghostcapped the base 96 guys to 12", etc. It's painful.

I usually run in squads with guys who are all at least BR70+, many 100+, and it's such a more enjoyable experience. No-one wants to help the pubs though, because it's herding cats, and you can never ever hope for them to have your back.

There just needs to be some sort of outfit quality filter. Zergfits need to be disbanded. They kill the game. It's an unreasonable expectation, but it's better playing alone than with them.

quick check on my spreadsheet suggests around a 60-90ms increase to TTK for the betelgeuse vs an adrenoweave heavy with the utility shield; for the average player it'll go from ~3.20 seconds to ~3.29 seconds, and for the top players it'll go from ~2.13 seconds to ~2.19 seconds.

I think where it'll really shine is on resist heavies though, as it basically turns them into adrenoweave heavies without any of the adrenaline downsides.

Because when I look at adrenaline + nanoweave I get 1700 hitpoints, not 1813

500 armor + 500 shield = 1000 ehp
1000 ehp / 0.8 = 1250 ehp (20% resist from nanoweave)
1250 ehp + 450hp from adrenaline shield = 1700ehp

Am I forgetting to include something? Is the info on the wiki wrong about nanoweave/adrenaline/nmg?

I joined their platoon/outfit with an alt and marveled at all the mysterious and new ways they found to get farmed more intensely than they would have if they were alone. It's sad, because if they were being taught how to not be shitters, given their numbers, they could be quite formidable. It only takes 1 coordinated squad to make a difference and paint a map with "outfit tag captured this". They can field like 3?

They've also this strong dislike of high kdr players, and seem adamant that kdr is not at all correlated with player skill or worth, in terms of taking objectives. It's amusing, considering that this is coming from a bunch of sub 0.5ivi crops.
