Seeing as how you have to get the 90K over multiple games, its not that hard to get. This week's CoE is pretty easy to do so getting 90k points in 2 games might be possible, otherwise one would just have to get ~30k points per game, which is very doable even on shitty weeks. This week someone LL 300 could probably do it with a bit of effort.

Rank up factions or do the normal mode Kings Fall. NM Kings Fall can give up to LL 320 loot, and rewards from faction packages go up to 330 if I'm not mistaken. Also try and use Three of Coins's a lot, exotics decrypt around your LL.

suncharge gives you pyre for free and so do those exotic gauntlets. suncharge is also a lot more viable in pvp as well, and after the aoe nerf chains better with pyre anyway. you throw 2 less hammers, big deal.

Any tips for gunslingers?
I switched after the update, it feels really good.
I'm using tripmines with max discipline and the spine, I usually put them on a chokepoint where an enemy can flank me/use them aggressively
Almost never use the knife, can't find goot times unless the enemy is already close to dead and running.

Why am I so bad at PvP? Feels like I always fall short against everything.
People seem to perform well with an aggressive playstyle on striker/shotgun/shoulder charge titan, but when I try it out, it never works.
Maybe my mid to long range sunbreaker isn't fit for this meta.

The only thing that can kill Destiny is Destiny. The April Update being 2 weeks worth of content at best, but being hyped as something bigger is a big reason for why no one really cares anymore.
