They didn't slope their shit because they didn't think they would need it and in real life, it didn't have as huge of an effect as it does in the game. They were considering it, but decided they didn't need it as far as I know. Unsloped armour did make the tank more uncomfortable (less space) and you can't blitzkrieg when your neck hurts :^)

I see reading comprehension is not your strong suit. Let me explain it simply for a highschooler like yourself.

Tier 3 is where the module grind isn't annoying, and where balance is best, and on top of that, ammo doesn't cost a hilarious amount per shot (in tanks) and repair costs aren't comical (in planes). Tier 4 mod grind is annoying to say the least, and tier 5 is worse. There is definitely some compression in tier 3 but it's nothing compared to 4 or 5.

On top of this, there are few brand new players at tier 3, so your enemies are fun to play against.
