Put it at 3 so they can hero power afterwards or play a 2 drop. That way, even if you can't clear the 477, your 3 drop can trade favourably against whatever they had on board before and live so that 477 has to make a choice between control and face.
I hate 477 as much as the next guy, but nullifying their next turn is a bit much. If it was 2 minionsworth of 477 stats, then I'd have no problem with 4 overload, but 1 premium removal kills 477.

I've been trying to make a zoo warlock deck because it's cheap and pretty easy, but I've ran into a bit of a wall. I'm missing a couple of essential cards and can't really get them, any suggestions on what they could be replaced with?
Imp Gang and Dark Peddler are pretty much just what I'm talking about. Both are locked behind old adventures which'll presumably be cycled out soon. I don't have the gold for 'em
I don't have the legendary either, but that ain't a big deal. No sea giant yet either, but I can craft one eventually.

Anyway, any ideas?

but they don't have any reliable, good ways of lasting to the late game

and then the one in eight games they actually do manage they still lose the late game because fedora warrior is better still (despite having alternative deck types like pirate, tempo etc) and can overheal where the priest can only get up to 30

playing priest is pure suffering, the class will never be good for more than an expansion because their classic set fucking sucks and all of their gameplay is reactive, they have almost no aggressive, heads-up plays to make. all value, no tempo

Harvest Golem would do a decent job of replacing the Imp Gang Boss, 1 less health and also guaranteed to spawn a minion (although with 1 higher attack).
For Peddler, maybe a Loot Hoarder. It's nowhere near as good, but it's still 2 attack and a card.

I'd say that it's time to play some fun decks, but any off-meta deck is going to be quickly devoured by the swarm of zoo, aggro shaman, and fedora warriors and it won't be any fun at all to lose every game.

there really is no way to have fun in this game unless you enjoy the legend climb every month. there is no room for deck creativity in a ladder system that rewards speed and total games played per season. feelsbadman.
