What level is the current max in paradox?

When I'ver reached that max, the only thing I'll have to do is grind jobs on my way through the story. Wht are some jobs I should definitely clear for the abilities?

In the paradox pastebin, it talks about how there is a team that is utterly broken in fights. The team consists of Promestein as mage librarian, Arachne willpower build (which I guess is items), Nuruko battlemaster and Luka battlemaster.

My question is: why these characters specifically. What makes them "the best"? Couldn't I Have... Alice instead of Nuruko? Or is it something with their traits?

The max level is 30.
Nuruko have access to really good races for attacck wich allow her to multiple hit.
Luka have really good stats. Battle master is the strongest melee class.
Among the broken, there is also Pihar (unfortunate harpy) who can have 100% physic and magic dodge.

But honestly you can roll with anhyone, the game is relatively easy if you aren't in high difficulty settings.

Rudy could have been a cool utility bruiser, but she's unfortunately also event tier, which means she's only about as good as a level 40 gacha bruiser, which can never cut it for Super maps.

Sitri is a glacier like Miti and Steam Keros. Attack isn't as high as the other two but is surprisingly quite faster compared to them.

Actia's event is just collecting shards and trade them for Actia on the Gacha tab. 100 shards for 1 Actia. It's strange that there's no Material Gacha anymore this time around, when it was available previously.

After some small testing, it seems that job exp and race exp is exactly the same. Equipping a 200% job exp accessory on luka and winning a battle which gave 8 job exp did indeed give luka 16 to job and race exp both. Going to test some more.

How can I get the item to recruit chrome? I'm done in Monte Carlos, and I've gone down the cave. But the chest wont open. Just said something about it being weird. Also walked back to chrome but she didn't have anything to say.

Was actually a pretty cool guy, he even listened to our feedback about patron rewards and such when some stuff just seemed straight up unfair for the others.
