That's because they're not due to the ENB. Perhaps you didn't uninstall your last one thoroughly enough, you're missing an important .ini value, or you have steam overlay enabled.

Or you have a mod that's adding a shadowcaster outside (like a lantern mod with shadows enabled) or, in the case of interiors, the lighting is just fucked there.

But if I had to guess the first thing I'd do is make sure steam overlay is disabled because when its on it tends to fuck with ENBs that have active proxies, like mine.

Anyone know why this happens with some ENBs? The shadow on the bottom half of the screen will spread or recede when I move the camera or walk, and is otherwise perfectly static. Goes away entirely in a lot of places then shows back up. I've tried disabling every individual effect, but it only goes away when I turn off useffect entirely.
