I think the only things you might need to add is maybe something about saving books/copies for skill up events because there's nothing about those in there and they're not really mentioned in game or here other than "skill up when?"

as far as I know, RCV candy is useful for every captain that does some sort of HP dependant ability, like Enel, who heals according to his RCV

Boa doesn't have a high enough ATK to be a combo finisher so she is not a prime candidate for ATK candy, and her captain ability depends on keeping your HP near MAX. Why wouldn't the increased RCV benefit her?

Because it's meaningless. She has a special which heals for 15x her RCV. With max RCV she heals for 7725, and with 100 RCV candy that increases to 9225. 2k extra HP is just not that big of a deal, specially on Enel teams where you're gonna be healing 7k per turn. you're better off giving her ATK and turning her into a sub that can actually deal damage and HP, wich is always good.

her special heals by a multiplier of your RCV. And she has one of the highest RCV in the game. therefore the optimal candy setup on her is ATK/RCV

The more common use of candy in this game is to make a unit's strengths even stronger, rather than to cover up a unit's weaknesses. Therefore it's useless to use RCV candy on slashers or units with negatice RCV like Killer/MC
