The only reason I host MCC customs is because nobody else wanted to do it.

Made a mixture of Scout and security and EOD armor
I used to tell myself my Spartan gathered the armor from his fallen allies and wore it to honor them

Just from what I've gathered by playing. UNSC marines are pretty tough in WaaW, slap a nightingale on them and they're pretty much a spartan, while the vehicles don't do as much. Covies on the other hand have very good late game builds unlike in Wars 1 where they were very good for early game. Again this is just my opinion, maybe another anon could help you out more with starts and whatnot
