OBS does get extra jittery if load is too high, I keep it capped at 30fps because it can't do 1080p 60fps at all on my computer and occasionally I still have problems when I look back at the videos on other games that go through framerate-dropping scenes. Its performance seems to be mainly a CPU problem on my machine so if I want super high bitrate at 60fps, I probably have to get a video splitter/2nd gfx card and a dedicated recording machine or something which is a bit too extreme.

But 99% of the time, it's good enough. Can't guarantee it'll work for you but OBS' simple interface and settings work well enough for me.

So that webm / gif of that lucio that goes all crazy legs while running at a widow; what caused the legs to spaz out so hard? I have been trying to replicate it but my friends say they see nothing out of the ordinary really, just wondering if it was some lag thing or if its a legitimate button combo to make it go crazy

Do not bother trying to switch to the perfect counter every single time, just make sure you have 5-6 heroes that you are good with and are versatile. Feel free to play with others when you just want to change things but when things get serious hop onto those guys.

I think Genji had a big dick. This is likely because he was a lazy playboy. When Hanzo killed him and his body had to be rebuilt, Genji didn't get a cyberdick (or at least only a moderately sized one), and thus could find the path to being chill.
Why did Hanzo kill Genji? As anons have pointed out, the regret that he takes back once he finds out his brother is still alive doesn't make much sense. Consider this: Hanzo has a feminine penis. He was jealous of his brother. Just like fapping, after the deed was done he felt regret. When Genji came back (probably with a more masculine cyberdick), Hanzo became upset once more.

If anything torb should get a nerf on consoles. Full torb team is basically a guaranteed win in solo queu. Nobody can wrap their head around killing a turret and the 1 or 2 people who can never make a dent in the line.

Pharah's optimal playstyle is floating around sixty feet in the air and shooting rockets towards the enemy team. It's about the same if you don't use Pharah's hover, but at that point you're seriously gimping yourself because she's squishy.

Honestly Pharah is just a shit design that exemplifies everything wrong with OW's balancing. About five characters can kill Pharah while she's playing her game conservatively, and only one of those characters really shuts her down (or used to, since quickscoping was removed and her damage was really nerfed). They made a character to play like Quake and then they added enough bloat to turn her into something fairly sluggish and boring when played most effectively.
