O-overtime isn't a meme.

What I have noticed with my horrible sleep schedule is that do not solo queue at night/early morning unless you enjoy getting stomped against premades. There is not enough players to match premades against premades so they just throw everyone at the same pool. Playing during day gives much more enjoyable games that are usually not stomps.

Why does pharah handle do shittily?

Her rockets seen only good when direct hits. Also, hit scan weapons rape her. Her disruptive blast isn't even that good either because it doesn't even knock bastion out if turret form.

I don't know why it's so low. I know I'm not that good but it seems that any time I play those three I get put on a team completely full of idiots.

Most of the time I feel compelled to, which I guess is why I don't do well since I never really like playing them. I prefer Tracer, Junkrat and Pharah.

An omnic inventor/gadgeteer that uses a stun prod as his main weapon.

His kit consists of a G.R.A.V (Gravitic Resonance Ascension Vehicle), which deploys a jump pad usable by everyone on the team, a T.A.R.P (Tool Assisted Restrictive Particle-mesh) which acts as a solid wall for enemies while allowing allies passage and E.N.D (Experimental Neutralization Device), which causes a random debilitating effect on each enemy character affected. Token hideous mutant monstrosity with poison and damage-over-time mechanics.
Some sort of burst-healer that's mobile and able to heal single allies for a huge amount immediately, on a cool-down.
Any sort of character that plays with the mechanics of ultimates, like buffing an ally's ultimate charge, stealing an opponent's ultimate charge, giving a portion of charge to an ally's ultimate, etcetera.
More utility characters along the lines of Symmetra that do small, useful things. An orb that removes an ally's need to reload, or giving passive damage resistance, or reducing their cool-downs, anything like that.

No you can't convince me otherwise because average playerbase isn't as good as you alleged and genji doesn't play in front of his team because it's stupid. The windows for reflecting ultimates like mei or zayra is really small, genji can do it if he's looking at the person and in front of them already, simply put the chances of you saving your team off a deflection are so low it's not worth speculating about.

I had a basic idea for some sort of stereotypical radioactive mutant-villain thing.

I'm thinking T.A.R.P would be placed by choosing an anchor point, and it detects the nearest object right opposite to that surface and creates the wall between those two points. It would fill out all empty space between the points and make it high enough to reach the highest point among the two surfaces.

I guess E.N.D could be constantly fluctuating between the effects (sort of like the gimmick of Chronos in Smite, if you've played that) and then produces the effect that it was on when used. That way the player can choose the effect he wants, but there is an element of timing to it.
