20 seconds makes it the longest cooldown in the entire game.

If it's like 10-12 then even a bad Hanzo player will be a benefit to the team because more competent players can use that sonic to their advantage.

But Lucio is one of the best counters to Mei's trolling.

Just right click her away from you if she gets close, and otherwise stay out of her left click range and shoot her with your gun.

You might have trouble actually killing her thanks to the wall and iceblock because Lucio lacks burst damage despite his gun being really good, but a Mei should never kill a Lucio with her left click.

The Mei who can consistently hit the right click is another story, but those are pretty rare, and you're still mobile enough to get the fuck out of dodge if you run into someone on that level.

Main thing is to not take things seriously. Used to get really get pissed off with McCree's flash bang-fan comboing me.
