Playing through either race's starting zone should give a pretty good answer.
Worgen are humans from Gilneas, an old human kingdom that decided to BUILD WALL, which in turn fucked them over since they couldn't flee from the worgen.
Pandaren are not mainland pandas, but rather a small portion of pandaren, yes, but that's really not something you should think about regarding lore, I suppose.
With that mindset, every single goblin character was cramped in the same boat from Kezan.

According to Chronicles, Panderan have lived outside of civilization enslaved for years by the Mogu. It was only when they learned and mastered the ways of the monk that they broke their bonds and became independent. Is there any good compiled info on how the current game works? I have played since late 04 and i'm going to play legion for a couple months, my toon is 90% H or mythic SoO gear at level 100 but ill probably just roll a new toon all together and let that relic of a toon be dead and gone.

Okay so since the Warcraft movie came out I've seen people comparing WoW's lore to Tolkien saying they're on par or even that WoW's lore is better. Can someone here explain to me why people think that? Have they just not read Tolkien? I feel like I've been talking to people that have seen the movies of LotR and the Hobbit and think that's all Tolkien wrote.

Nothing. Warcraft's story might be pretty good if there wasn't a single retcon and the story team stayed 100% consistent with the lore. But the reality is that it's the COMPLETE and utter opposite.

I would honestly put money on the Warcraft franchise having the most retcons throughout it's story out of any other game, movie, or even book franchise. Entire races have be rewritten, entire characters retconned out of existence, almost every single corner of azeroth has at some point had to be retconned for one reason or another.

The movie itself was so unbelievably far off from the actual warcraft story that they had to say it was an alternative universe or some shit.

Maybe if we lived in an alternate universe where the story hadn't be slowly decaying with every retcon for almost 2 decades now Warcraft could be considered a good story.

Ok so I am pretty new to WoW, just got my first level 70 character, a feral druid. I was wondering about making gold though? I only have 2k which seems low considering Artisan Riding is 4.5K. I haven't done anything with professions as they kind of confuse me if I am being honest. I was wondering how I can make more gold at my level/class or if anyone here has any tips?

Anything I google looks about 3-4 years old or I get reffered to oldbless, but I am not level 90 nor do I have a Garrison.

Okay. If you want to start making money in a brainless, fool-proof way - take two gathering professions.

Being a druid, you can go in and out of flying instantly, which makes gathering buttfuckingly easy. You'll want to pick up mining/herbalism, or mining/skinning.

Either one is up to you. This will net you a couple thousand gold even if you do low level shit like copper bars/ore because people will pay to level up their professions.

Let's say I have a level 100 character, and I don't renew my subscription, would that mean I can still play that character or need to make a new one ?
Also how long does it take to have enough alts/garrisons to get money coming in for purchasing tokens ?
I'm gonna play for this month, but unsure if I'm going for private servers afterwards or continue this if I can sustain it.
And are RP servers still a thing ?
I'm rather ill-informed.
