I played a couple of games as Reaper earlier, first time I've really properly tried to play as him in ~25 hours of playtime, is it me or is his teleport really wonky with placement on multiple floors? Example: Some of the little buildings on Hanamura with 2 floors, I teleport to the opening in the top floor but end up in the bottom floor.

HERE IS THE OBJECTIVE LIST OF CHARACTERS THAT NEED NERFS/BUFFS/REBALANCE.

Need nerfs:

Zarya (Bigger crit box, barriers last 1.5 seconds, barrier size/hurtbox reduced)
Zenyatta (post widow/mcree patch, slower projectile speed)
Widowmaker (nerf fire rate, global ult warning perhaps could use a compensation buff so she doesn't become irrelevant)
Lucio (Increase niggers hurtbox and critbox, Right click cooldown increase)
Mercy (Ult charge time increase)
Junkrat (Higher reload time/smaller clip size, longer delay before you can activate shift ability after thrown, trap easier to distinguish from enviroment)
Roadhog (Right click max damage slightly reduced, hook smaller hitbox and fix tickrate ffs)

Needs buffs (mostly just minor buffs):

D.va (smaller critbox, lower c/d shift)
Pharah (Ult can be cancelled early and some charge can be saved by cancelling)

Rebalance:

Mcree (Ult no longer refunds 50% when used, but he doesn't go super saiyan when he ults, just small glowing eyes, potentially rework Right click and focus on sharpshooter playerstyle)
Hanzo (Rework shift and E, both very poorly designed abilities and reduce hurtboxes)
Mei (fuck knows, wierd Hero)

Everything else I either forgot about, or is fine and doesn't need changing, or is played so little or in niche scenarios that it's hard to judge.
