It's not about ease, it's about efficeny. DE doesn't want you to complete missions fast, they want you to take time and finish missions at a pace they approve of, whether that be to limit super fast grinding, or to force you to "appreciate" the work they put into levels. Sleeks like this let you do missions, and get rewards, much faster than DE approves of.

DE needs rare materials, because players who have thousands of hours in this game are fully stocked on anything they may need.

So they add Oxium, which only drops from a single kind of enemy in small amounts.

But people got stocked up on Oxium so they had to add Cryotic, which you can only get from one kind of mission and you gather it painfully slowly.

But people got plenty of that, so they had to add Tellurium, which only drops from Archwing missions once in a million years.

But SOMEHOW people managed to make that common enough, so they had to add Nitan Extract, which literally only appears during alerts.

So what happens when people hoard enough Nitan extract that they don't need to work for it anymore?
What do DE have to do to make the next rare material impossible to obtain?

From the devstream, it sounded like it was never supposed to go live. Which, of course, means that DE will never buff it like they did with primed pistol gambit. Which means I'm never putting any cores in it. The only reason I maxed Pr.Pistol Gambit was because with acolyte mod, you can hit 100% crit chance with 25% base crit secondaries.
